ONE WAY

We all face struggles, trials, and problems in this world. They are a part of life.

Have you ever noticed how some people handle those things better than others?  Maybe you know some people who always complain, find fault, are negative?  And maybe you know some that just seem to handle adversity differently….maybe they are still positive and look at the bright side of life.

There is one way to make it through the struggles, trials and problems of this world victoriously–truly knowing Jesus with our heart. It is the difference between night and day, darkness and light, famine and feast.

When we truly know Christ with our heart, we can have a peace that surpasses all human understanding. That peace is rooted deep down in our heart and rises within to sustain us even when the most trying of circumstances arise.

Joy as wide as an ocean can be ours each day. This joy is based on knowing that Jesus is with us every step of the way and will never leave us, rather than based on the immediate situation. True joy is ours when God’s promises are real in our lives.

To sum it up, no matter how many problems and struggles we have, we can live victoriously! Nobody can take away the peace and joy we can have by knowing Jesus as our Lord!

The Lord is my strength and shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy, and I will give thanks to Him in song.  –Psalm 28:7  (NIV)

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.  –John 14:27  (NIV)
