THE GLOVE

This week I have a simple but hopefully powerful image for you that I heard a speaker mention.  It bears sharing in my humble opinion…..

For something a little different this week, I have an interactive writing!  How can that be you ask?

Well, I thought a visual, personal encounter this week might be a good exercise for you!

Do you have a glove handy?  Go get it please!

Do you have a free hand?  Sure, put that phone down..just for a few seconds!

Now carefully slip the glove over your hand!

Take a few minutes and look at that glove on your hand…..

Consider that the glove is God your loving Father~~
Consider that your life is the hand~~

May this glove visual be a reminder to you that….

Take a few minutes to re-read the above truths and let them settle in your soul today.

When you see the word GLOVE may you be reminded of G(od’s) LOVE for you!!

If you begin to feel discouraged this week, remember the GLOVE and let it remind you how precious you are to God!

And when you were baptized, it was as though you had put on Christ in the same way you put on new clothes.   –Galatians 3:27  (CEV)

And teach them to do everything I have told you. I will be with you always, even until the end of the world.   –Matthew 28:20  (CEV)

A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.  –Proverbs 18:24 (ESV)

  1. I Love this reminder Christine! Every time I put on gloves at work I will think of the Lord and how he is with me always, especially when I take care of those Blessed babies. The Lord is our protector and we are never alone. Praise God! Thank you so much for your encouraging, uplifting, inspiring posts. Praying that you and your family are well my friend in Christ!

    1. Lorie~Thanks for faithfully reading my reflections and for sharing. I like how this one encourages you to think of the Lord right there with you as you love and help those littlest of ones in the NICU. I sure do miss them and you all! Thank you also for your kind words to encourage me. Keep shining for the Lord and sharing His love as you do~ God bless.
